Acts 1:8 – But you shall receive Power, after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and you shall be My witness unto both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the world.

We are a ministry that was brought together through pain, failures, loss, trials, and tests. We have experienced the very bottom of the rock. We suffered the consequences of disobedience, and learned the hard lessons from doing life our own way. We came to realize and understand that God’s Way is the only way, and because of that, our total and complete surrender unto Him is mandatory.

Now we are dedicated to serving Him by providing a safe and stable atmosphere for all others who seek or are in need of God’s Presence, deliverance, and guidance. It is our mission to be pleasing in God’s sight and to remain diligent in doing His Works according to His Will.

My name is Lawrence DeWitt Sanders. I come from a place called reality, where one becomes very familiar with having less and surviving.

I have survived many seasons living on the bare necessities and never once gave one piece of evidence that I wasn’t well taken care of. Many dangerous roads I have traveled – some willingly, and others I was dropped off and left to fend for myself. Those very roads beat me down, left me scarred, and almost took my life.

Denial, Betrayal, Addiction, Depression, Hurt, and Pain – just to name a few – yet look at me: here I am, back again and better than new.

I was conditioned to be happy with what I had, even if it wasn’t a lot. I still had more than some others. I was taught to respect the commitment and believe that as long as I had breath in my body, there was another chance.

My worth, my confidence, and my determination were placed on front street from the beginning of my existence, and not one time did I allow myself to fold. My very incontestable truth of still being here is the humbling “God Can” experience that brought me through it all. Who am I? You can call me Zero Tolerance, No Nonsense, and above all – God’s Child.

As Co-Pastor of Power House Ministries and a Woman after God’s own Heart, Evelyn Sanders is a Passionate Leader and a Strong Believer whose ministry is a beautiful reflection of her deep Love for the Savior and a Heart for His people. Operating with a Mantle of Grace and standing firmly on the promises of Romans 8:1 – There is zero condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus – she is dedicated to teaching the Word, shining His Light, and launching Believers into their Divine Purpose.

Affectionately known as the “Soul Shaker,” she carries a Mantle that stirs the Spirit, challenges the Heart, and activates the Faith of everyone who hears her speak – dedicated to breaking chains, awakening purpose, and helping Believers shake off spiritual limitations.
